I'm a loyal customer of Superbalist & with great trust I pay upfront thousands of rands for our orders. I purchased apparel from G. STAR RAW order NO 14562144 on the 8th April for Easter & it's stuck in processing. This is the 3rd order this is the 4th order I'm having difficulty with. I've emailed queries to your consultants over 5 times & they are completely ignoring me. The policy of contacting me within a day is false. The order has being skipped completely & the orders after have been delivered or on its way. Now I'm concerned about the money I paid upfront I'm at a point where I simply want to return all orders within 30 days, have all my money refunded & then delete this app. Our shopping experience should be easy, stressfree & the money we pay to Superbalist upfront with trust trackable. Extremely disappointed with Superbalist & more disappointed with so call guaranteed online assistance & consultants. This is bad business.
