No glory from Superbalist customer support team. By now I can't count the many times enquired about ORDER NO. 14562144. Im been completely ignored. There is NO TRACKING AT ALL not even awaiting parcels.These outfits were purchased for functions on Easter weekend. It's processing from 8th of Feb after the money had been paid out of my bank acc. Now an order I placed after this one to get a G star Raw top for a function on Easter Weekend on their sale & while in stock was cancelled & refunded cause they don't have stock of the item I purchased. I'm making an old fashion trip to the mall today to purchase outfits for the weekend. I honestly believed Superbalist valued theirs customers & would of at least given me some sort of feedback. Im no longer wish to purchase anything on Superbalist. They don't care for me as a customer at all. My business is not valued. So disappointing.
