SUPER UNHAPPY CLIENT - FRAUD ONLINE PLATFORM I use to give Superbalist a 5, they have however brought themselves down to a 1 in the last two months. 1. Their inventory is never up to date, so when you order they don't deliver the product, but ALSO they dont refund you the money, you have to hunt them down for it for weeks, to never get a response. 2. They don't refund your monies. 3. Their customer support team is a waste of time and airtime, they tell you they’ll investigate and then you never hear from them a again! 4. Their delivery date is never accurate. 5. They dont deliver all parcels and do returns same time, 4 different people will be coming around to your house as various times. Superbalist is becoming super unreliable, they are not helpful at all, they are not honest, they are not ethical and they need a new managent team/system or they need to forget doing any service at all. SUPER UNHAPPY client, with many bad experiences with this online shopping platform!!!
