I purchased olaplex shampoo and conditioner from superbalist only to find out they were fake. I returned both bottles but only one was refunded because superbalist insist I only returned one. Apart from this being total nonsense they are obligated to refund me seeing as they sold me a counterfeit product. This has been going on for months now. No one phones me back. No one replies to my emails. I’m just being treated like IM the pain. I have spent tens of thousands with superbalist. And after all these years I’m getting ready to delete the app from my phone. .
