I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience ordering from Superbalist.
On 23 September, I placed an order using priority delivery (paid at an additional cost) because I urgently needed the item by Friday, 26th September. Before ordering, I updated my account details, but your system failed to prompt me to update my delivery contact information. As a result, although the delivery address was correct, the courier could not reach me because the outdated phone number was still linked to my order.
I received no call or email notification of the failed delivery attempt. Instead, I later learned that the courier had tried to contact a number that no longer exists. This is not an error on my part — it is a flaw in your system for failing to synchronize or prompt updates across both account and delivery sections.
Despite this, I have only been offered a refund for the item, not the full priority delivery fee. This is unacceptable. I paid for a service that was not delivered due to a system design issue, and under consumer protection standards, I am entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs.
I urge Superbalist to not only resolve this matter fairly by refunding me in full, but also to urgently review your system to ensure other customers do not face the same issue.
