I work for Shop Direct group (very and littlewoods online store), Superbalist is quiet good and fast couriers they use, I guess they should improve on their return method because it gave me a problem when i wanted to return a size 8 shoe for the same size 8, reason being that the cut of the right leg shoe was not well it was too big, and you can return an item if its unsuitable for your full credit.Thank you
