I have almost 17 call agents working on one refund issue canceled by samkele something when I asked her to process the funds to my bank account instead of my wallet. I don’t know what level of education is needed to work there but Superbalists needs to provide more training I’m fed up. Being a frequent customer at Superbalist I’d rather shop on overseas online shops or ZANDO than that circus you guys are running. That Jay horn and Samkele better receive the adequate customer training they need because this is not it. You confirm that the blouse is there a million times and it was picked up along with the dress but I still don’t have the refund for that stupid blouse.
