I received the totally incorrect item, I have contacted them via the website contact option.
The automated reply gave me a ref number as well as stating that they will respond within 1 day.
It is now 4 days And still no Reply!!!!
This was my 2nd superbalist order and definitely the last.
NEVER AGAIN
Numerous customers have complained of receiving incorrect items and then to get it sorted is almost impossible...DISGRACEFUL!!!
