I ordered some pants and a pair of vans shoes, everything seemed fine until I went to collect my order. The Shoes weren't there. When I check on the app it says they were canceled but they never notified me on why they were canceled despite me paying the full amount for it. They never told me how I'll be refunded or sent my new pair of shoes. It's like they just took my money then canceled the order. Their customer service is poes. They don't pick up the phone nor respond to email. I wouldn't recommend superbalist.com to anyone. They're a scam I'm very sad about this coz I used the last money I had worked hard for. Whoever is running this takealot and superbalist store is irresponsible just getting rich off peoples money without giving them the products
