Grohe shower did not arrive, delivery company GLS said they tried to deliver several times, have cctv- no delivery, no note to redeliver (which they said they had left). Superbath.co.uk ( in Germany)
Won’t refund until item is back in their warehouse, which won’t happen as GLS appears to be incapable of making a delivery, Google GLS awful reviews about them too. I’ve referred to my bank as I bought on credit card- worried I won’t get my £450 back. I usually always check reviews out before ordering, I was very careless with this one
