AVOID at all Cost! I’ve been waiting over 4 weeks for items to arrive and counting. They have never sent me an update, nor an apology when requested. The final information is that they’ve passed on the documents to the importer who inform me the VAT has not been paid and we await the delivery with no timeline. To say it’s I unprofessional does not adequately describe the utter disregard for customer service and delivery promises made on their website. They work with poor logistics companies and everyone pushes the blame around in circles. I will never use this company again nor recommend to anyone - do not waste your time and money with this company!
