I asked for a change of date due to family issues a month before my flight was due. I was told that I would have to pay for a new full holiday booking as the suppliers do not give refunds. I then ask why and they said it was policy that if you cancel 100% of your money is gone. I will advise that people ve careful when booking with this company, maybe things are good if you travel on time if you have any form of issues that's it money gone with the wind. Won't be booking with them again. No respect or compassion. Can't understand why a hotel, a taxi would not refund any money when the booking was cancelled well in advance mot last minute
