Awful company who promised 2 women landing at midnight a transfer between one hotel and the other one which was holding the keys - and then failed to provide the transport. We were forced to pay the airport driver a lot, otherwise we'd have been totally stranded in the dark. Six weeks later the company is still not acknowledging its failure, so we are reporting them to ABTA

Nothing but issues with this company. We ordered a Wowcher holiday and got directed to Super Escapes. After endless phone calls where I couldn't understand anyone there due to poor English we asked them just to sort a hotel local to us as we didn't trust them with Flights etc. We finally (after months of phone calls) managed to get confirmation of a hotel in York, which is local to us. The Double Tree Hilton. This is fine so we accepted. I left a couple of months but with the trip approaching, I rang the hotel to check the booking. Nothing has been made in my name and they do not recognize any of the information I was given. I'm now waiting for answers. I just want a refund if I'm honest. This has been the biggest con I've experienced.

Spoke with Rita this morning, I have been trying for a few months to get confirmation of my holiday and it wasn’t coming through so I was afraid I had been scammed. Rita was able to solve the problem and all confirmation has been received and has really put my mind to ease. Thank you Rita and your brilliant customer service☺️

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I was mislead at point of sale. They said the holiday is from Leeds/Bradford but 2 weeks later said we will be travelling from Liverpool airport which was out of our way. I made a fuss and finally Dania agreed to a refund for the inconvenience that would be paid within 14 working days. It didn’t get paid, so they promised it again and that never arrived also. It’s been over a month since this call. I have repeatedly calling them to cancel the reservation as I’m at my wits end with it all. An email sent with no response. Followed by multiple calls where they advise. “Miss Dania is not in today she will call you tomorrow”… I’ve been promised next day calls for the past week now. Will I ever get the call… I’m not counting on it. Money wasted! am contacting my bank as I paid by credit card to see if can reimburse anything back. CON ARTISTS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

BEWARE!! Purchased a wowcher holiday deal, the destination was Pisa, checked the availability 10th May before I preceded to purchase. The lady was initially very helpful, however then came the extra charges for "better hotel and flight times". I said that I want the deal purchased. Spoke to Jack who got me Milan, 4 star hotel and good flight times. I did pay £88 per person more. Holiday confirmed and all was ok, but no confirmation email received. Approx 10 days later I called as not received flights or hotel voucher for my holiday. Customer Services is a joke and they are all liars! I have phoned every day for the last 10 days. Finally to them saying that your flights were not booked properly at the time of booking. Trying to give me a day earlier. My partner as booked hotel by airport. I said we cannot do. Then different agent said that they would give same dates slightly earlier flight back. I am not happy, I bought this for my partner birthday. They promised it would be to my email by 9pm last night. Guess what they haven't. I am going to the police and omnibus. I will contact credit card company too. They wanted the log in details for my ryanair so will complain to wowcher about the breach of GDPR and mis-sold holidays. I have been going aboard all my life and never come across show like it....Live and learn but definitely won't recommend and will no longer buy from wowcher. Beware and avoid!

Absolute scam company please do not use caught the wife reaching for her purse to pay them again for a blag trip to Venice…… ffs 🤦🏻‍♂️ voucher as just as bad not even started with them yet !!

The lady was initially very helpful, however then came the extra charges for "better hotel and flight times". Holiday confirmed and all was ok, but no confirmation email received. Approx 10 days later I was called to confirm the holiday, then again called because they wanted the log in details for my ryanair account as ryanair no longer accepts 3rd party bookings. I politely refused to hand over the information however was informed that if they had no access to the account, my flights couldn't be booked. I had to remove all personal information before reluctantly allowing them access. I went on to make a complaint to wowcher about the breach of GDPR but again struggled to receive any correspondence other than we are sorry this has inconvenienced you - by WhatsApp! The holiday on the superescapes website is £100 pp cheaper than I've paid for the wowcher deal and if booked separately is almost £150pp cheaper. Live and learn but definitely won't recommend, wouldn't use again and will no longer buy from wowcher. Beware and avoid!

I asked for a change of date due to family issues a month before my flight was due. I was told that I would have to pay for a new full holiday booking as the suppliers do not give refunds. I then ask why and they said it was policy that if you cancel 100% of your money is gone. I will advise that people ve careful when booking with this company, maybe things are good if you travel on time if you have any form of issues that's it money gone with the wind. Won't be booking with them again. No respect or compassion. Can't understand why a hotel, a taxi would not refund any money when the booking was cancelled well in advance mot last minute

If I could do less than 1 star I would. I booked hotel and flights on 3rd March. The documents didn’t arrive the day they said; instead of twin beds it was for a double bed with telephone calls that I must accept that. An email on 7th March , said the flights were cancelled due to operational reasons & offered different airport and times at an extra 50%. I now didn’t trust the company, cancelled the holiday and asked for full refund. No reply until 8th March email from Robert saying ignore the cancellation email and giving flight details with a slight time change from original booking, but no explanation why they had said the flights were cancelled. This did not change my opinion about this company and I repeated that I had cancelled. A refund has been refused. Rebecca then emailed and contradicted earlier emails. This company cannot be trusted.

Worst ever holiday company please do not trust them they keep your refund money since july 2023 doesn't bother to call back upon calling them they say someone will back no one bothers to call back, plz dnt waste ur energy and time and choose another company. I have all the email and proofs.

I was scammed by this company my holiday was cancelled then your advisor forced a further booking saying I would lose my money if I didn’t the holiday doubled in price I asked well over a year before to cancel you continued to harass me for more money and kept my £600 deposit. You don’t read these it’s an automated reply. Pleas be warned this is a scam with low paid workers who don’t understand cancel.

This company needs reprimanding for misleading it's customers including myself. A holiday was booked with them. I thought I was getting a good deal for my holiday until they spoke about an upgrade, which I told him I would have to ask my hubby before booking. Before my hubs even agreed, the agent already booked the holiday and stated that I was unable to cancel. This was done without my permission. They even had the audacity to lie about the location of the hotel from where we wanted to be. This company needs to be investigated as they are doing too many wrong dealings. I've looked at all these negative reviews and it's really apauling. People work hard and all they want to do rinse their pockets and not deliver the service promised. Where can you find a cancellation/refunds policy in the midst of the paperwork, as there udnt one. All people want is to enjoy a nice holiday, as they deserve it, and you Robin Hood thieves think it's OK. There comes a time when all bad that this company have done to innocent people will come on top. I can assure you justice will be done as I know the God I serve. A PLEA TO ALL THAT ARE THINKING ABOUT BOOKING A HOLIDAY WITH THIS SHAM COMPANY PLEASE STAY AWAY FAR AWAY.

Super Escapes must be the worst holiday company on the planet. I have done a long review on Trustpilot and I'm still waiting for a refund for my holiday that was booked Jan 2020 for December and cancelled due to Covid restrictions in November 2020. It was a fiasco in itself making the booking with them calling me back to try to get more money out of me. My booking was taken over by Broadway Travel, who were in business with them but have separated from Super Escapes since November 2020, within days of my cancellation. So, I'm still waiting for my refund, which is supposed to being processed within the next 14 days. I strongly advise anyone not to make any bookings with them. I'm surprised that they are still operating after all the complaints and underhand shady practices they use to get more out of people. I feel sorry for everyone that's experiencing difficulties trying to get refunds from them or have been fobbed off with inferior holidays to what they were expecting and promised. Shame on you Super Escapes for conning people who trusted you.

I am ar a loss as to how on earth this company has been rated over 2 stars let alone 4! Fake reviews perhaps? Had a terrible experience with them. They are liars, push products on you and add charges that they do not declare. You only find out when looking at your bank statement. Throughly shocking. They will badger and badger you for an upgrade and tell you your booking will be cancelled if you don't agree to upgrade. Trading standards really need to get involved!

Do not use this company they will not give me my refund back even though I cant go on holiday because of this recent lockdown and they said they would when I paid for the holiday absolute RIP OFFS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
