“Had to report my travel. They was asking me to pay an extra 400£ for the same trip. As the original price was 359£. So I asked them to cancel. So they said that if I cancel I will lose my 159£ deposit and pay on top off that 55£ cancellation fee. I just hung up. I won’t recommend this company. And be careful when giving deposit make sure is refundable.”
“Was lured to this travel agent by a travel zoo promotion to Budapest … price ended double what was advertised …. Was told after several follow ups I would get the agreed city view room but the hotel in question on arrival was not aware … was charged an inflated price for taking an extra bag on a Wizz air flight .poor communication pre , during and post trip”
