I was told on the telephone booking, that baggage was 8kilo, I queried if this was overhead & was told it was. A manager finalised the booking & said it was 10kilo not 8. When I have called to give API data I have been told we only have under the front seat bags not overhead but we can purchase for £73ea. The flight information received after the booking holds no content other than our names & flight times/number, thus removing the opportunity to identify this mis communication and/or cancel. Please listen back to the telephone booking to check that the manager quoted 10kilo when confirming the details of the holiday. Thank you
