"We bought the New York holiday through an advertisement in the paper (Metro?), which at \u00a3379 looked too good to be true. When we called, we spoke to an agent (Jack) who organised the flight and hotel that best suited us, and the increased price of \u00a3500 per person for 3 nights in New York was still a bargain in our eyes.\r\nHowever, when we read the bad reviews afterwards (which we should have done before, but we trusted the guy on the call, he sounded genuine), we freaked out and asked for our money back. The good reviews also looked suspicious, naming and praising individual staff, which I've never seen before ... looked like they were writing them themselves! Unfortunately they had already paid for the hotel and the flights.\r\nAnyway, our worries were unfounded and we had a great time. The flight was with budget airline Norse, but it was on time, and comfortable, and the hotel was right in Times Square. Hotel was basic, and there was a noisy generator you could hear, but we quickly got used to that. The girl at the Paramount actually upgraded us because we told her it was a trip to celebrate our 10th anniversary (seems asking for an upgrade is a normal thing in the US).\r\nAll Superescapes really did was arrange the flight and hotel provided by others, but it was slightly cheaper than advertised prices with the airline and hotel. Superescapes also answered all my emails politely and quickly on the questions I had about the airline.\r\nSo, we were very happy with everything, hence the 5 star review ... still can't believe we got to New York for 3 nights at that price ... pity everything in New York was so expensive, but the flights, hotel and Superescapes exceeded our expectations."

"Worst ever holiday company please do not trust them they keep your refund money since july 2023 doesn't bother to call back upon calling them they say someone will back no one bothers to call back, plz dnt waste ur energy and time and choose another company. I have all the email and proofs."
