“Cristina has been extremely helpful and efficient as a result this has made it much more easier for myself. Thank you for all you help. I would rate Cristina as 5*. However all the experience of booking hasn't been as pleasant thats why I have rated it as 3*.”

“Yes Dominic was helpful but the room change I wanted from 2 doubles to 1 double and 1 twin could only been requested subject to availability on arrival and not guaranteed so problem not quite solved”
