Purchased a holiday. The flight was cancelled and we booked the flight elsewhere. We have returned from the holiday and on 10 plus occasions, we have been informed that the refund will be in our account and we have not received it. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company, with no escalation or complaints procedure. God help you if you ever need a refund.
