Linda was helpful and explained clearly the procedures of booking priority boarding with the additional cabin allowance. Linda provided the additional costing of the priority boarding clearly and committed to ensuring the amended boarding passes would be emailed ASAP.
I believed all this had been arranged and included at the original booking, this ‘cheap’ break away is now appearing to be more costly that planned. Fingers crossed there are no more hiccups for our few days break away.....
