Initially - after booking on a Saturday evening - immediately received calls to landline and mobile from an unrecognised number - which I was not expecting - when I called back it sounded like an overseas call centre which raised my suspicions.
But they were misplaced, just called now two weeks before flying out to provide passport details and spoke to Keifer who was very helpful.
