I believe it has a poor client service that is not helpful enough when there is a problem with one’s purchase. Not only did my order come late but I had to pay a high sum extra for customs and the quality of the product was not as expected. The only solution given was to send it back at my own expense after having paid already over 130€ for one pair of Leggings. Will not be falling over that stone again.
