I placed my order on the 29th December 24, and I still have not received it. Firstly they did not provide a tracking number upon order, then when it had been shipped out, the tracking number they provided did not work. Almost a whole month after my order I was contacted by a team member asking if I had received my package, when I said I hadn't they provided me with yet ANOTHER shipment tracking number which DOES NOT WORK. After I asked for a refund regardless of whether my package is found or not, they have refused and said that I STILL need to wait for it to arrive so that I can send it back, and probably will have to pay the shipping for that too. Disgraceful. It's been almost 1 and a half months since I placed the order. During this whole time I ordered a pair of sticky leggings from a different company and they have arrived within a week! Sorry Super Fly Honey, I just don't trust this brand anymore.
