These are AMAZING on the grip front, but they're not stretchy enough to accommodate my curvy waist-to-hip ratio. I've tried both the size suggested by their chart (way too big everywhere but hips) and one size down (way too small in the hips AND waist)... so I guess these are just for rail-shaped people? Sadness. :(
