The chairs themselves are great! They look great and are very durable. However, the delivery broker you used was a abysmal. We paid for extra employees to be on hand for the delivery. They called to give us a time frame, but then on the day of delivery, they called to say the driver had broken down and it would be a few hours. They promised to call back with updates—but they never did. I had to call them, and when I told them I couldn't keep employees here after 2pm for a delivery that was supposed to arrive between 9am-11am, the representative just scoffed and said they'd call me back. They never did, and the driver never showed up.
The next day, they finally called around 11am. So, I had to bring in more staff again to unload the chairs. The broker said he'd be there in a few hours and would call me to follow up. Guess what? He never called. The driver finally showed up at 1:50pm, which meant I paid for staff to sit around all day waiting. It was incredibly inconvenient and ended up costing me way more than I had planned.
