The best I’ve dealt with in this whole opening a restaurant journey, that have the best quality, the best service, all the girls, Candy, Ruby they so nice and help you, Ed, Greg, everyone is just a pleasure to deal with, their quality too.

Stay away from this company if you are a restaurant and need to move your tables. Bases and hardware are cheaply made, and snap easily. Customer service offers no solution, and only puts blame back on the business.

Our chairs arrived and they are absolutely beautiful. There was a problem, but fortunately, we were able to contact Lisa. And she solved the problem. We had some other issues, but fortunately, Lisa was able to take care of everything. You're lucky to have such a great employee. And your products are outstanding.

I love working with Superior Seating! Jane takes fantastic care of me. I had to get some barstools to a customer and Jane expedited the order for me and they arrived on time! This was a great feather in my cap because they own multiple restaurants and Jane made me look like a superstar for upcoming orders. Thank you Jane!!!

We are disappointed with our experience purchasing chairs from Superior Seating. When we priced 50 chairs, the price was $99 per chair. Within a month when we received news we had been awarded the grant needed to purchase them, the price went up to $129 per chair. Despite repeated requests to honor the previous month's price for our public library, we were denied. This was the first of a number of disappointments. We ordered and paid for lift gate service, but this was not provided. We were offered a credit of $150 for lift gate service, but we are not prepared to order any other chairs. In addition to the dangerous delivery, the back leg chair glides are not secured and continue to come loose. Unloading 50 chairs, our employees were overwhelmed: one employee is still suffering a large bruise covering over half of one of her forearms. We are pleased with chairs themsleves; they seem sturdy and are as pictured, but the process has been troublesome and frustrating. Thank you for requesting feedback. We hope this helps.

Thank you for sharing your review. To address the pricing, lots can and does happen in 1 month. We reserve the right to change the pricing of our items without notice to reflect the current economic environment. The quote you were provided had expired and the new pricing was in effect. In regards to the lift gate, we apologize for the miscommunication with the trucking company. Most of our orders are shipped as "loose" freight - not on pallets in order to save money for our customers. Therefore it is not unusual for the truck to NOT to have a lift gate. As you stated, we offered a credit of $150. We can of course issue a check to you if you are not ready to order another batch of chairs. The glides may have gotten loose during transport and we happy to send you more, had you mentioned it in our correspondence. Feel free to reach out to request the glides and the refund of $150. Was not aware it came completely disassembled. No instructions were sent with any items and only half of the hardware was included. Hours and hours of extra work and hundreds of dollars in screws and bolts.

Very disappointed in the customer service of this company. We are in the process of building a new store location. We hesitated to order prior to our building being complete, but after confirming with the sales people numerous times that our shipment wouldn't go out until the week of July 21st, we felt confident making this purchase. A week after ordering, an email came through that our order had been shipped. They did refund the $450 freight fee, but refused to stop shipment. We had to rent a storage unit and have staff available for delivery. Just an overall unpleasant experience with this company.
