Website is helpful. It gives a decent idea on what the booths may look like. I did have trouble with the website and logging in. The site did not give availability to actually sign in, I was able to enter email/password, but I couldn't submit information. I had to sign in on my phone and do it that way.

I love the patio furniture I bought for my restaurant and bar. It’s nice looking, comfortable and lightweight making it easy for us to move around often for large parties and the chairs are stackable. This is the second time I have purchased the same chairs. They lasted about 5 years the first go round. We are a busy place and they are heavily used. After 4.5 years of use the welds started failing and the composite started cracking on the chairs. All of the tables are still good from 5 years ago.

The upfront service received when we were selecting tables ,chairs and booths was very good, We are extremely disappointed at the time it is taking to have the booths sent to our freight forwarders and the lack of communication in respect of the booths . I always have to ask and get general responses such it's still four weeks out. My name and the address of where the products are to be shipped to in Barbados remains incorrect on some communication including tracking information.

Every time I order from you there is a problem happening either they ship to the wrong address or the items are broken and the website for tracking the shipping is not clear and not helpful at all I am so frustrated

Lisa was exceptional in helping me select the chairs I was looking for. She immediately sent samples of material and photos that helped me understand the construction of the chairs. All chairs arrived with no damage. Great experience!

This booth we ordered looks absolutely stunning and the company was so incredibly helpful in coordinating the date and time our order would be shipped. Ruby especially was such a great help when our company was trying to get into contact with the dispatcher who was delivering our order even with the three hour time difference between our company and superior seating. Overall and excellent experience and am looking forward to working with this company again.

The quality of the booths I ordered for Char Steakhouse is good; however, the lead time was extremely misleading. The advertised 6–8 weeks turned into a 16-week wait. Communication throughout the process was mediocre at best—whether I called or emailed, the response was always the same: “they’re in production.” I even received photos showing the booths completed, yet it still took another three and a half weeks for delivery. The delay forced me to push back my restaurant’s opening date simply because of seating. While the booths arrived in good condition and without damage, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication and inaccurate timelines.
