“Products have been excellent. I use your company for commercial bars and resturaunts I design. My last 2 orders with you my customer experience has not been so great and seamless. Each time I have called in the customer service person I dealt with on the line was short in her tone with me and sounded frustrated to assist. When I call in to ask questions there is always an issue finding my account information. Its just no the professionalism that I am used to with your company.”

“The work in the beginning was amazing. Candy was terrific. AFTER that, it was absolutely horrible. the delivery time was WAY off and delayed. The deilvery was not communicated with us so we were not ready with unloaders. The means of delivery was VERY different than what was discussed. The Legs on the Long tables DO NOT match up on the top. HORRIBLE.”

We understand there were challenges with communication on the day of delivery. Our records indicate that neither we nor the driver was unable to reach you by phone, which contributed to the miscommunication about your delivery time. We’re also concerned about your comment regarding the table legs not aligning properly. Our experienced sales team makes sure that all the products are coordinated - tables legs and table tops. Based on the team's feedback, no one from your side reached out to us to ask for directions on the table installation. If you did, we would have explained that the pre-drilled holes under the table frame have nothing to do with the alignment of the base. We take our customer's reviews very seriously and address all issues to make sure that we can improve on the overall customer experience. We are always here to answer any questions you may have regarding your order In addition, providing a contact information that would be available to all parties so that you can be reached for a delivery appointment is imperative.
