“Over all we really love Superior Seating. The chairs, the quality and the styles are unmatched. This is our third time ordering for our small restaurant. This time, the customer service this order was not as great as we have had in the past. Our order consisted of quick ship items that should have been sent out in a couple weeks. I emailed to follow up and was told it was going to be another 3 weeks with no other explanation. After those three weeks, I called and was told it would be another 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called and shared my frustrations. Our patio could not open until the chairs arrived and each day we were waiting was costing us money. The person I spoke with this time was great, she shared that part of my order was on back order and that’s why it took so long - the parts were for extra chairs we ordered for inside, not the patio chairs. I wish the last two representatives would have shared that information with me, I would have asked for the patio chairs shipped rather than loose out on half of a summer of sales. We finally received our order 9 weeks later. The patio chairs are better than expected, very comfortable, durable, and stack nicely. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on our seating selection from Superior Seating. We will continue to order from superior for our seating needs.”
