“The Tables and Chairs are beautiful and well built. I had one problem with the wrong legs sent for two of our tables. They are taking care of it in a timely manner.”

“Was told I had to figure something out when I explained I was a one man operation in terms of unloading my seating - thankfully the driver assisted. One of my booths also came without enough screws to finish building it.”

“The salespeople were delightful and were promt in sending me fabric samples so I could make a decision. My manager accepted the delivery and she said that over the last 10 years of business, he was one of the rudest people she has encountered unfortunately.”

Dear Brian, Thank you very much for your review – we value your feedback and the time you took to review us. We just wanted to clarify that our standard booth production time is about 10-12 weeks. Your order was completed in 12 weeks. Some booths take a bit longer since there are many factors involved in producing a high quality custom product – wood cutting and staining, material upholstery, etc. We do thrive to accommodate our customers needs with respect to their timeline without sacrificing the quality of our product. “I suggest to change Curb side delivery to door to door delivery. This would be much more convenient for the customer. Other than that, the furniture is great and we recommend it. Enrique”

“The chairs are great, and the delivery time was great. there should be a heads up that the driver is not able to unload the truck. It took me 1.5 hours to unload 35 boxes of 2 chairs all by myself.”

“My order consisted of 12 reclaimed wood table tops . Pros; They are great, well crafted and add to the appearance of the restaurant. Cons; no hardware included (my bad) I should of asked, being reclaimed, sanded I didn't think there would be such deep divots in the wood.Food particles will get in and be difficult to clean. need to find a soft brush or other to prevent. These are heavy tables if in a spot that you pull tables together for larger groups be prepared. All said I am happy with my purchase”
