The chairs themselves are great! They look great and are very durable. However, the delivery broker you used was a abysmal. We paid for extra employees to be on hand for the delivery. They called to give us a time frame, but then on the day of delivery, they called to say the driver had broken down and it would be a few hours. They promised to call back with updates—but they never did. I had to call them, and when I told them I couldn't keep employees here after 2pm for a delivery that was supposed to arrive between 9am-11am, the representative just scoffed and said they'd call me back. They never did, and the driver never showed up. The next day, they finally called around 11am. So, I had to bring in more staff again to unload the chairs. The broker said he'd be there in a few hours and would call me to follow up. Guess what? He never called. The driver finally showed up at 1:50pm, which meant I paid for staff to sit around all day waiting. It was incredibly inconvenient and ended up costing me way more than I had planned.

My last order was delayed and not started until I followed up a few times and the normally quick response was not the same - hopefully that was a one time glitch as service and response are normally very good.

We had contacted you immediately to let you know that your order of 8 bar stools is under our minimum guideline of $1500 for first time customers - this information is listed on our website. All orders under this minimum are reviewed by our sales managers to see if we can accommodate. The automated freight generated by our system takes into account many factors, including the total order volume, and may be inaccurate for orders under the minimum amount. After having a phone conversation with you, we agreed to make an exception as we would normally do to accommodate either our returning customers or small business owners and you had agreed to pay the additional freight required to process your order. Not a great overall experience. Paid for and was sold an item that was discontinued but wasn’t made aware until after the purchase. Was told to call back to confirm delivery eta, when I called back the other office person said my order was still being processed and that I’d get a call back. Never got a call back and order showed up the following day. Seemingly ALOT of miscommunication within the company, not what I expected for the $$$.

Dear Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Your order was placed on July 19, and after processing your order, we contacted you on July 23rd to let you know that one of the table sizes you ordered was not available. We are in the process of discontinuing the color of the table you ordered and did not have enough in this particular size to fill your order. You decided to switch to a different color table and the order was shipped as confirmed by our sales representative on the phone. You then received a phone call on August 1 informing you that your order is getting ready to ship and you confirmed you are ready to receive your order. On August 6 you received an email informing you that your order shipped, providing you with the tracking information. As you see from the above recap of your order details, we take quite a bit of time to make sure the customer is well informed and provide necessary information in a timely manner. All phone calls and emails are documented and stored for future reference. We hope you enjoy your new furniture.

Delivery proved to be challenging as product was for condominium complex with no specific personnel on property to receive. Therefore call to management to narrow the three hour window to at least 20 minutes was asked on two occasions and not done costing the association additional shipping.

Hi, Nancy Thank you for your review. We go through a meticulous process of scheduling our deliveries. You were given a 3 hour window for delivery. Our driver waited 30 minutes for someone to come and accept the order. He was forced to leave the premises without unloading the order as the person responsible for receiving the order was not available. Unfortunately, in these situations, a re-delivery charge occurs. The product received is high quality. The communication regarding order status was non-existent, and the order was delivered 3 months after ordering vs. the 5 weeks I was told.

Seats are great. Can't complain. Just be ready to wait if you go to pick up. And if you want to return seats that aren't even used, be ready not to be able to. Seems like you can't return chairs that are sitting in the warehouse. Even when they say they are custom ordered and can't be returned, I watched them pull my chairs from the warehouse to fullfill my order and they did nothing "custom" to make them non-returnable.

Dear Steven, Thank you for your review. You have purchased 11 metal bar stools, of which 8 required a wood seat. The wood seats are “custom assembled” and can not be just pulled from the warehouse, as you described. The pick up location is our production factory and not a retail store – wait times are expected. Just so that its beneficial to customers that take the time to read our reviews, the minimum order is $1500 and custom orders are not subject to returns. This would be a 5 out of 5 except two things: 1. Communication about production status and shipping was sub-par. I had to call repeatedly to get updates on timeline, and most of them ended up being inaccurate. 2. There were a number of minor issues with the products themselves (which were otherwise awesome!). A. There were slight variations in chair leg lengths (which ostensibly they attempted to fix by trimming legs); and, B. The tabletop surfaces themselves had some blemishes that caused the paint to chip when rubbed with something as soft as a fingernail.

I liked the barstools I bought and the quality was very good. The freight charge however is a little ridiculous. Bought 24 chairs, freight $595. Bought 20 more and the freight was…….you guessed it $595. Part of the problem is the online weight for these is 30 lbs when all the others are 15-18 lbs. When the chairs were delivered they weighed about 17 lbs. And maybe your standard freight charge is $595. I should have just ordered them in one shipment and saved $595. 🤷‍♂️

Chair was fine. Delivery was abhorrent. The driver could not have been any ruder. Very unpleasant and demeaning.
