Very disappointed in the customer service of this company. We are in the process of building a new store location. We hesitated to order prior to our building being complete, but after confirming with the sales people numerous times that our shipment wouldn't go out until the week of July 21st, we felt confident making this purchase. A week after ordering, an email came through that our order had been shipped. They did refund the $450 freight fee, but refused to stop shipment. We had to rent a storage unit and have staff available for delivery. Just an overall unpleasant experience with this company.
