First time I applied I was accepted.no problem when I wanted to get another one I rang in first to check if I could and the answer was yes you can when I went in I was declined even though I had rung in 30 minutes before so I wouldn't waste my time and gas going in I missed a direct debit payment but the same day I paid by debit card and yet fees were still added I had a terrible experience when I came in I felt embarrassed and degraded even though like I said the persons I spoke to said I can get a loan never felt so low ever.thanks for nothing
