The staff are very friendly and efficient and the whole process wasn't as daunting as I thought it would be! Everything is explained thoroughly and it was good to know that every aspect of the loan was covered from top to bottom in a way where I could fully understand every in and out of the documents before I said yes. I would definitely recommend the Hastings Branch. In sight of a cash shortfall, this branch has answered my questions in a timely manner making the whole repayment term a breeze.
