After paying the first tutor I found for the first 2 lessons upfront he never showed up to the lesson and never got back in contact again! Tried to let Superprof know, they took ages to get back to me and couldn’t offer me any support. They said it’s between you and the tutor. It's in my opinion that Superprof perform INSUFFICIENT CHECKS on their tutors and suggests to me the site is full of fraudulent postings. I feel Superprof handled it completely in the wrong way and I have no confidence in the site. I will be reporting to the Trading Authorities. I've lost money and Superpof accept no blame. Rubbish experience to be honest. No guarantee you get your money back if something goes wrong so it’s a huge risk so you don’t feel confident with using the service. Also instead of Superprof acknowledging this feedback, they tried to get my review shut down on trust pilot! After some adjudication, Trust Pilot decided to keep the review!!!
