Fees charged for use of website!!!!
It was not clear that they would charge me a fee of £29 a month to just FIND a tutor. I noticed I had been charged two months x £29, so I enquired and received a very blunt email in response. I did not see any confirmation email as it went to my spam account, and the company were unwilling to refund me. I was under the impression that fees for the tutor sessions would be paid via their system - not a subscription fee for essentially nothing! Avoid!
