Just realised they have been deducting £29 p/m from my credit card for 10 months! I presumed the initial introduction fee £40 was the only payment necessary as I have paid the tutor directly once introduced. I know I should have realised sooner but now called the credit card company to block.
Cannot get a reply from any emails sent to Superprof asking for a refund.
