Total SCAM! Don’t use!! 🙅‍♀️ I used in January to find a tutor. We connected and I have paid her directly ever since. Today I found out that they have charged me 399SEK (about 32 pounds) per month since then. I contacted my teacher who said that she has not received a penny from Superprof. It is a total of 2000SEK (162 pounds) down the drain!! They are lying on their website see photo, it says “To be able to pay your teacher, you must register a payment method”. I cannot delete my credit card on their website so I contacted my bank and I must block my credit card to ensure that they cannot charge me anymore.
