I do not recommend taking teachers through this platform, as they charge 29 pounds to have access to teachers, who will not always accept the demo class. In addition, I ended up taking this Student pass without a clear notion that I would be charged for it, even less than would be monthly charged. I was charged for three months without realizing it, I asked for a refund and they refused to give the money back, not even a transfer was made the same day I asked for a refund. From my perspective, this is a scam. Other than that, a while ago I had chosen a teacher, I had to choose the dates I would like to have class without knowing if she could teach them, finally, they removed the amount from my account immediately and the teacher was not available. I had who are after getting a refund, again I say it all looks like a big SCAM.
