As other comments here say, Superprof turned out to be a scam. I had luck though. I had the first free lesson with my student and he bought a “pack” of 10 lessons ahead, over $300 which he sent to Superprof. We agreed on the first lesson but the student got sick so we didn’t have it, but the money had to be transferred to my account after that. However, i didn’t get anything. Meanwhile we agreed on the second lesson with the student, he didn’t manage to be present again but it counted as the second lesson so I thought the money should be transferred this time, it’s been almost 2 weeks. Instead Superprof wrote me that the money was transferred, in fact nothing was transferred. I wrote to the Customer support and it took them minimum 10 days to reply each time i wrote to them, without any explanation, they blamed it on Paypal. Well it was a sad experience, but even sadder for my student. Btw, he couldn’t get his money back either.
