Superprof is a scam. You are charged a monthly fee for using their platform. You, the student, pay $49, and the teachers pay nothing. Also, I used one of their instructors, who made me drive to her house for the appointment, only to cancel it when I arrived. She withdrew the appointment the second time. I scheduled an 8 am appointment, and she accepted it; I had to call her to find out if the meeting was going to happen; basically, she forgot and told me she thought it was 8 p.m. I paid but received no lessons. Never again, I had no idea I was being charged $49 per month for keeping my account active without using the platform for a full two months. They never allow customers to review their website because they know lots of people will give them a bad review.
