Don't register with them, this is a scam site! Same experience as all the other people on here, unfortunately did not do my due due diligence beforehand and google reviews beforehand as I normally would. Still not found a tutor for my son as the ones advertised as local on the site are not actually available. They do not make it clear that it's not a one off registration fee but a subscription and just keep taking the money for nothing. Terrible people! How are they still allowed to operate!?
