Signed up on the platform for a personal trainer but found no suitable options. Despite not having any sessions and only communicating once, my account was confirmed and I was charged £29 monthly for nearly two years, totaling over £550. They refused to refund despite no usage and explaining the situation to the support team. I confirmed the following with them at the end of that conversation where they confirmed they would not refund the charges…
1. I accessed the platform for less than one month.
2. We confirmed that during that time no sessions were accepted or took place as the only interaction with a tutor resulted in them rejecting my use of their service.
3. Their support team confirmed that the notification (as shared below) reads "Your Card is only Fully Debited if a Tutor accepts your Request".
