If I could rate this less than 1, I would. We live in central London where there were an abundance of teachers, apparently. None were available, at all and only one bothered to send a considered response. When I eventually found one, he was lovely at the trial but then disappeared off the face of the planet. I subsequently found out that your subscription does not link to actually using a tutor, you end up locked in until you realise and shout at them to cancel it. I’ve now paid 400 quid in total for nothing. I instead have found an amazing teacher, through an awesome local ex-professor at the RCM here in London who has confirmed that she is inundated with applicants who have suffered the same fate with superprof… a big scam really!
