ABSOLUTE WORST MANUFACTURER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’ve worked with numerous factories, but SupplementFactoryUK is by far the most unprofessional and incompetent. Their timelines are a complete joke—slow R&D, sluggish communication, and zero accountability. Our bulk order, promised to be completed in 2 months, wasn’t even 1/3 done after that timeframe! The staff are incredibly rude, and even the boss shows no interest in resolving complaints or taking responsibility. Their inability to deliver even 50k pouches is disgraceful. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this nightmare of a manufacturer.
