Having been a very loyal customer to Samsung I decided to buy the new Iphone 12 Pro. It arrived with a cable to charge it but no plug. The cable does not fit into any other plug and as a result I had to ask for a plug to be provided. I spent most of the day trying to get Apple to send a plug, but to no avail, they could not have been less interested and as a result I had to buy a plug from a supplier in my home town. Not good as I feel that having spent over £1,100 that Apple should have had the decency to send me a plug free of charge. I will not buy any more Apple products and when this phone needs replacing, I will go back to Samsung who have the most amazing and helpful customer service.
