“Although my iPhone 12 mini was overheating, and not charging, I was able to make an appointment, and have them look at my device; 90 minutes into my in store genius session, they replaced my iPhone except for the screen; however the screen was not lying flat, so I took it back and they realized they had not removed the blue tape that needed to be removed for the glue to be effective. They removed it, after 2 more visits to the Apple store, and now my replace device works great again.”

“Having been a very loyal customer to Samsung I decided to buy the new Iphone 12 Pro. It arrived with a cable to charge it but no plug. The cable does not fit into any other plug and as a result I had to ask for a plug to be provided. I spent most of the day trying to get Apple to send a plug, but to no avail, they could not have been less interested and as a result I had to buy a plug from a supplier in my home town. Not good as I feel that having spent over £1,100 that Apple should have had the decency to send me a plug free of charge. I will not buy any more Apple products and when this phone needs replacing, I will go back to Samsung who have the most amazing and helpful customer service.”
