I finally received my refurbished iMac from Apple after ordering on 22nd August 2025—but only after making 14 calls, being kept on hold for up to 50 minutes, and getting passed between staff with no answers.
At one point, a manager admitted it had been delivered but not collected by store staff, then was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. Promises of emails and compensation were never followed up. Several support staff refused to document my complaint or provide confirmation emails, making accountability impossible.
Yes, I eventually got the iMac. But the real issue here is Apple’s shocking customer service—contradictory information, no escalation process, and no respect for loyal customers of 20+ years.
Apple’s own website says undelivered products should be replaced. This was never offered. Instead, I was left to waste hours chasing Apple for answers.
The product arrived. The trust is broken.
