“Although my iPhone 12 mini was overheating, and not charging, I was able to make an appointment, and have them look at my device; 90 minutes into my in store genius session, they replaced my iPhone except for the screen; however the screen was not lying flat, so I took it back and they realized they had not removed the blue tape that needed to be removed for the glue to be effective. They removed it, after 2 more visits to the Apple store, and now my replace device works great again.”
“If I could give it zero stars I would. Apple customer support is a joke. If you need help with your cell phone and you get an iphone you are screwed.”
“A real tool to spy on your partner. 100% discrete and lots of features. It also provides you with ease to go through the app and customize the features as you want it.

“Having been a very loyal customer to Samsung I decided to buy the new Iphone 12 Pro. It arrived with a cable to charge it but no plug. The cable does not fit into any other plug and as a result I had to ask for a plug to be provided. I spent most of the day trying to get Apple to send a plug, but to no avail, they could not have been less interested and as a result I had to buy a plug from a supplier in my home town. Not good as I feel that having spent over £1,100 that Apple should have had the decency to send me a plug free of charge. I will not buy any more Apple products and when this phone needs replacing, I will go back to Samsung who have the most amazing and helpful customer service.”
“All features of this app are great, but my personal favorite is the web browsing history and ambient recording feature. It has come in handy a couple of times. I can keep an eye on my kids from miles away. Thumbs up!
