Gym Shark cancelled my order without my intention! I ordered Gym Shark for my boyfriend and his sister during this recent Black Friday sale to be shipped to UK because my boyfriend is currently there. We had 21 items ordered, paid, and got the confirmation email of our order. However, 2 hours later, our order was cancelled by Gym Shark. So we quickly contacted their support team that there had to be a mistake, we didn’t to cancel our order. They responded that our order was ‘flagged as fraudulent’ and moreover they ‘are not able to reinstate this order’, therefore they said I have to make a NEW order, which means some items that we have chose would be already SOLD OUT by then. We tried to contact them again and again that this is a mistake and is for our personal use and asking them to clarify more, and that we still want our order! They responded that their ‘security system has full control over cancelled orders so it is taken out of our hands.’ We are Gym Shark’s first time customer. We were so excited for this Black Friday, and to receive the items after we got the order confirmation email. Now we are very DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED that because of their ‘security system’ they cannot reinstated our order even though we tried to contact and explain to them many times. And told me to have my friends or family order on my behalf! A waste of time choosing items we won’t be receiving, and a waste of time contacting an unsupportive team which wasn’t the LEAST HELPFUL.
