Love Gymshark and never have any issues with the quality of the items. But should you ever be unfortunate enough to have to deal with the customer service team, it really brings the experience down. Their responses are repetitive, sarcastic and often don’t have anything to do with your query. They spew random response or resolution timescales and never live up to them. The poor service really brings the brand down.
Also, NEVER request for your refund to be an E-voucher. They never actually send them and shut you down when you say you didn’t get it (even though it clearly doesn’t show on your account). Exchanges are a waste of time too. ALWAYS get a refund back to payment method because it seems the least likely to have any further need to chase them up (even though it does take forever to get anywhere with them in the first place).
