When trying to contact the Supreme Auctions Complaints Dept thru their Complaints Portal, I found that they were shockingly unprofessional by first not responding within 24 hours as stated but only after I sent 3 messages. To add to that they didn’t put their name on their email replies possibly as they were curt. And then they stopped replying altogether. I suggest they need some training in customer support. There was one positive however, which was a receptionist called Carol who was a delight on the phone and always pleasant. I think Customer Complaints Dept should take a leaf out of Carol’s book
