I liked Constantin's responses and professional approach, ability to negotiate about the bond prices. Was a little bit disappointed with both of the girls service level, my e-mail was initially misspelled and the electronic copies of the bonds didn't make it, then 2 priority envelopes came in w. pretty much the same copies instead of all in 1 once, why would we need to do so much redundant work and spend extra money in shipping? I'm not American, so I don't care about attention or "pampering", for me the best service is efficient, cheap and fast:) Thanks!!!
