I had to follow up on an application that was submitted by fax and for some reason it got lost somewhere. so when i called to follow up I spoke with Constantin Poindexter who was very helpful and went out of his way to look for the fax. resubmitted the application and it was taken care right of away and it was processed and our policy was submitted and sent out. Constantin's team were great and I appreciate the service. Thank you
