My mum purchased a wetsuit from Surfdome for my Christmas present this year and it was too small, I sent it back to Surfdome asking for an exchange or credit note to Purchase a bigger size, but they literally returned the same suit straight away because it was out of the 30days time period. Im disappointed that a surf company couldn’t be a little more flexible in these unprecedented times. I live in North Devon and surf all year round, there a big surfing community here which I am part of, a group of us featured in surf girl magazine this summer and it was one of the ladies that recommended trying a Roxy suit which was out of stock locally, so I tried Surdome (for the last time)
I would not recommend Surfdome as a retailer!! Back in the day this lack of unwillingness to help a fellow surfer out would have never happened.
